Cake Mix Cookies - White Chocolate Lemon

I really love these cookies! AND they are super easy to make. I had completely forgot about them until a few months ago when someone from church made some for us. This is a simple recipe if you're looking for something a little different. I know most of you probably have this recipe somewhere, but if you're like me, sometimes it's good to be reminded of something you haven't made in a while...

Ingredients:

1 Lemon Cake Mix
1/2 C Oil
2 eggs
White Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Roll into one inch balls and dip into powdered sugar. Then place them on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
Let them cool and enjoy!

2 things...first, I am jealous of your mixer - I want one so bad! Second, I am making these the first chance I get! They look delicious! I hope the kids at school are not being too dumb for ya! ;)

I've made these before but I've never added anything like chocolate chips. Yum!

Becki, you need one! You should put it on your Christmas wish list. I LOVE my mixer!

As far as school goes, it's not that they are being dumb. I can handle that. No problem. It's my 'alternative' class. Most of them could really care less about graduating high school or learning anything. It doesn't matter what I try to do with them, they refuse to put any effort into anything (seriously. I can't even get them to stand up for the pledge of allegiance, which really hacks me off)...and I can't really do anything about it so it's just like banging my head against a wall for an hour and a half every morning, which pretty much ruins the rest of my day. I've talked with the principal and counselors though and hopefully changes will take place soon.
