I'm Back!

I know I haven't posted in a really long time, but that's about to change. My wonderful husband bought me an ipad for our anniversary! I absolutely love it and now I have a computer to use! He gave it to me a little early so we could load some movies on it and take it with us on vacation. I'm still getting used to how everything works...I've never really used a mac, but I'm loving it! Thanks Chad! I ordered a camera connection kit yesterday. As soon as I get it I'll post some updates and pictures of the pharmacy, our house, vacation...etc. I've got a lot to catch up on.

I LOVE TO CLEAN THE FLOORS!

I know this is nerdy, but I really love vacuuming! It's funny that I say that because my mom used to wake us all up super early on Saturdays with the vacuum. I would be snuggled in bed sound asleep lost in my dreams and I'd wake up every week to the loud roaring vacuum. That was her 'subtle' signal to us that it was time to get up and start cleaning. It used to drive me nuts! Now though, I really love to vacuum, especially with my new vacuum! I saved all my gift cards, coupons, and Christmas money and purchased a Dyson Ball! If you're looking for a new vacuum, I highly recommend this one! My favorite part is how the handle pulls up and the hose with attachments can reach up to like 17 feet! I can clean the ceiling! This thing is amazing! I love it and so does my allergies!

While we're on the topic of floors, I also highly recommend this, the Bissell Steam Mop Deluxe. This was one of my Christmas presents that I was super excited about. I can quickly and easily clean the tile in the kitchen and bathroom with this thing! It only uses water, but with the steam it completly cleans the floors with no harsh cleaners or chemicals. There's never any residue and the floors are never sticky. I really like the fact that I never have to buy anything else to go with it. It comes with 2 removable pads that are washable. Again, if you're looking for something that does a great job and will last a long time...check this one out. I love it!

Great Gift Idea

This is another gift I got recently and I think it's an excellent gift idea...for you or for someone else. At Sephora, you can purchase a Deluxe Fragrance Sampler. They have them for both men and women. Inside you'll find several (12 I think) perfume samples and a gift certificate. You can try them all out. When you decide which one you like best, take the gift certificate in and they'll exchange it for a full size bottle of the scent you choose. This was a great thing for me because it takes forever for me to decide what I like. There were three that I loved and this is the one I picked...Juicy Couture's Viva La Juicy.

I'm Hooked

I'm so hooked on this game! I've never been that big of a fan of Scrabble, mostly because I misspell every other word that comes to mind. However, I really love this game. If you have an ipod touch or an iphone, you should check it out. It's basically just an ongoing scrabble game you can play with your friends. My user name is amandaisaacs if you want to play.

Date Night

Chad and I finally had a date night last Saturday night. Things have been so crazy and busy lately. It was so nice to take a break and enjoy some time together. We had a nice dinner at Stonehill Grill in Miami and then we went to see Avatar. It's been a really long time since we've been to the movies. I've had a long list of movies I wanted to see and this one wasn't at the top. However, in Miami, it was showing in 3D. I could only think of one other movie I'd seen in 3D and it was on vacation in Disneyworld when I was like 5. I was way more excited about seeing it in 3D than I was the actual movie. HOWEVER, I was wrong about the movie. It was really good! The effects were awesome and seeing it in 3D topped off the experience. I recommend it!
